Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During holidays, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Cozy Corner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
