We process orders quickly to get your cozy favorites to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address for you.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will appear as an option at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we primarily ship within the United States.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and care in every item.

What ingredients do you use?
We carefully select quality ingredients and fragrance oils to create products that smell amazing and feel cozy in your home.

Why might products vary slightly?
Because many items are handmade, colors and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Wax Melts

How do I use wax melts?
Place one or two cubes into your wax warmer and allow them to melt. Enjoy the fragrance as it fills your space.

How long does the scent last?
This can vary depending on the warmer and environment, but most melts provide several hours of fragrance.

Diffusers

How do I use a hanging car diffuser?

  1. Remove the stopper.

  2. Replace the wooden lid.

  3. Tip the bottle briefly to allow the fragrance oil to soak into the wood.

  4. Hang and enjoy the scent.

Avoid over-tilting to prevent spills.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item so we can assist you.
