At The Cozy Corner, we want you to love every product you receive. Because many of our items are handmade and personal care products, we have a limited refund policy to ensure product quality and safety.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
