Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on used or opened items.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office.

Order Changes

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
